How it works

From your first message to a verified removal.

No retainer, no setup fee, and no invoice until you can see the item is gone. Here is exactly what happens, stage by stage, and what we need from you at each one.

The process, stage by stage

  1. You send the link

    2 minutes

You send the review profile URL and flag anything specific you are worried about. That is the entire ask. We do not need account access, a contract, or a discovery call before we will look at it.

    • The public profile link
    • Any order references or context you already have
    • Nothing else
  2. We run the scan

    Within 24 hours

Our team assesses every item on the profile: account history, transaction evidence, language, timing and patterns across reviews. You receive this in writing, not on a call, so you can sit with it.

    • Which items can be removed and on what ground
    • A fixed price against each item
    • A realistic timeline for your case
    • Any context that would strengthen the case
  3. You approve a quote

    You decide

Prices are fixed per item and set before any work starts. You approve only the items you want pursued. There is no retainer to sign, no minimum engagement, and no pressure to take the whole list.

    • Fixed price per item, no hourly billing
    • Approve some, all, or none
    • No retainer and no setup fee
    • Walk away at no cost
  4. We do the work

    On Trustpilot’s timeline

Evidence files are built per item, reports are filed through the correct channel, and cases are escalated where a first report is declined. This is the part you are paying for, and it is entirely on us until it succeeds.

    • Evidence built and documented per item
    • Filed through the platform's own process
    • Escalated at no extra cost if declined
    • You are not asked to do anything
  5. Verify, then invoice

    After proof

When an item is confirmed offline you get written verification including the URL and the date. You can check the live profile yourself. Only then do you receive an invoice, and only for the items that actually came down.

    • Written confirmation per removal
    • Check it yourself on the live profile
    • Invoiced only for verified results
    • Nothing charged for items we could not remove
What you actually receive

Everything in writing, so nothing rests on a phone call.

The written scan

An item-by-item assessment of your profile: the ground each review can be removed on, a fixed price per item and a realistic timeline.

A fixed quote

A price against each item, valid for 30 days. No hourly rates, no expenses, no change to the number once you have approved it.

Verification per removal

The URL, the date it went offline, and confirmation you can check against the live profile before an invoice is raised.

How we work

Removed properly, so it stays removed.

Every removal is made on legal grounds and at the source, which is why our results hold instead of bouncing back a few weeks later.

Removed on legal grounds

Every case is built on grounds Trustpilot and the law recognise, which is what makes the removal permanent.

At the source, not buried

We take the content down rather than pushing it out of sight with fake positive reviews, which is detectable and leads to consumer alerts.

Escalated at no extra cost

If a first request is declined we escalate. You are paying for removals, not attempts.

Never charged for attempts

If a case does not succeed you are not invoiced for it. That is the whole point of the model.

FAQ

Questions about the process

Do I need to give you access to my Trustpilot account?
No, and we will never ask for it. We work from the public profile and whatever context you choose to share. Anyone requesting your review-platform login credentials should be treated with considerable caution.
What happens if a report is rejected?
Rejections are part of the work. A first report can be declined because the platform wants different evidence or a different ground. Where there is a legitimate route left we escalate at no extra cost, because you are not paying for attempts — you are paying for removals.
Can I choose which reviews you pursue?
Yes. The scan lists every item we believe is removable with a price against each. You approve the ones you want us to pursue and we leave the rest alone.
How will I know it worked?
You receive written confirmation with the URL and the date it went offline, and you can check the live profile yourself. The invoice follows that confirmation, never precedes it.

Start with the scan. Decide afterwards.

Send your profile link and you will have a written assessment within 24 hours. There is nothing to pay to find out where you stand.
